Bouchon de Rossi

I recently enjoyed a leisurely lunch with Lucy and Lisa, two friends from university. We wanted to go somewhere special as this was a long overdue catch up, so we chose Bouchon de Rossi, a French bistro & cafe on Oxford Street, Swansea. This was the perfect venue for great conversation, relaxed dining and a few glasses of Prosecco. The food was beautiful; especially the desserts!

Melon with summer fruits

King prawns in garlic & white wine

Grilled salmon fillet in a white wine & lemon sauce

Fillet strips in Madeira, bacon, onion & mushroom sauce

Grilled chicken salad with a honey mustard dressing

White chocolate & blueberry cheesecake

Tiramisu

Raspberry roulade (this looked sooooo good...I had dessert envy!)

Whilst we were enjoying our lunch, the restaurant was full. We had such a great time that the afternoon just flew by, and we stayed until everyone had left before the evening sitting! The food and service was great, and I would highly recommend it.
