Happy Monday

Happy Monday, everyone! How's your weekend been?

On Saturday morning I went for a walk down Mumbles (for those of you outside the UK who are reading this, we really do have a place in Wales called "Mumbles")!

Mumbles is a headland situated down the western edge of Swansea Bay, and it's a great place to go for a stroll and enjoy the sea view. I'm planning on sharing a more detailed post on Mumbles later this week, so you can see what all the fuss is about :-)

While I was there, I took these shots of the cherry blossom near the seafront. Isn't it lovely?

I was fortunate enough to visit Japan in recent years during cherry blossom season, and took part in "hanami" (flower viewing), which involves a big picnic in the park, underneath the beautiful "sakura" (cherry blossom). This brought back lovely memories :-) Enjoy, and have a great week! Angharad x

  1. These snaps of the cherry blossoms are stunning! I went to school in DC, so chery blossoms bring back lots of great memories. I've also visited Japan, but not during cherry blossom season. That must have been quite a sight!
