Hello, dear!

Dinefwr Park is one of my favourite places in West Wales. I recently discovered this hidden treasure a few weeks ago, and I've already been there twice! I love it because it's home to lots of beautiful fallow deer, and has plenty of scenic walks throughout its 800-acre estate. I was so pleased that I was able to get some close-up photos of the deer...they're such elegant creatures (and looking at these photos of them makes me feel a bit Christmassy!).
We visited on a crisp Autumn day, and enjoyed a long walk through the woodland. There's nothing better than wrapping up warm and walking through a carpet of leaves, enjoying the nature and wildlife.
Have a great weekend and thank you for reading! Angharad x

  2. I love fallow deer but haven't seen any for ages - we have roe deer where I live in Normandy and see those on a regular basis. Gorgeous photos by the way! #Chasingnature

  3. What a beautiful looking park Angharad! I wish there was a lot more nature near where I live as I used to love going for long walks followed by a pub lunch when I lived in the country. When I next visit Wales I'll be coming to you for lots of tips xx

  6. Such beautiful creatures. And look at all those leaves! I don't think Dinefwr Park isn't far from where I live - I'm a Pembrokeshire girl, so it wouldn't that far to bring Esme to come explore the wildlife there :)
